Luca Ioan aka Elchinsoul hails from Bacau , Romania .He first got into house music in 2004 producing alongside Bvaltik and then joined forces with Las Yeso on the Loco Brigada project . His international breakthrough came in 2010 when he won a remix contest for Paolo Driver's ' Flower Road ' on Cimelde Records , and since then Elchinsoul continued to create buzz with his extremely versatile and unexpected productions that saw light on BM Slim , Dot One , Pamflet , TheSounds , just to name a few .
His new EP on Asymmetric Recordings is full of movement and spark , it's hypnotic grooves and dubby techno sounds create tension and drama .While he drops warping basslines and plays around with clever-programmed percussion and scatter-shot effects he keeps it simple and clean .
